Hock Lam Beef serves authentic Teochew Beef Kway Teow in Singapore. Located in CBD area, this place is best to go during weekend where there are not much crowd.

Sliced & Cubed Beef Noodle 

Chili sauce and braised peanuts - Peanut taste good and soft, dip your beef into the chili sauce and experience a different taste. The chili goes well with the beef totally

Sliced & Cubed Beef Noodle - Sliced beef is tender and soft, Cubed beef is chewy and taste fresh. The soup is tasty and sweet, you will be able to taste the sweetness of the beef meat. Come with dry noodles too, but recommended to try the soup base beef noodle

I like the beef taste, fresh and sweet. The broth of the noodle is tasty too, i have the urge to have 2nd helping. Personally, i prefer the cubed beef. The cubed beef is more chewy and i like that chewy feeling, while the sliced beef is too thin to taste the beef.

Service is fast and waiters/waitresses are very attentive and courteous. More importantly, place is clean and well ventilated.

Price is a bit steep for a bowl of noodle, well it is situated in CBD area, you don't expect a cheaper price there.
