Home Made No Baked Oreo Truffles

One of the home made recipe I had learnt online. Home made truffles without any baking required. Hence, I decided to give it a shot. Here is what you need:

  • One Full package of oreo cookies
  • 1/4 bar of Cream Cheese - I use Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Chocolate syrup (White or dark chocolate can be used) - I use nutella instead for extra boost of chocolaty

  • Blend the oreo cookies into powdered form, ensure that there are no chunks of cookie bits remains
  • Add the 1/4 bar of cream cheese into the powdered oreo cookies, mix them thoroughly. I use my hands to mix them together.
  • Ensure that the cream cheese is evenly mixed, add more cream cheese if you feel that this is not enough

  • Use your hands, roll then mixture into a ball, ensure that they are compact and does not break easily
  • You decide the size that you like, no ideal guideline
  • After you are done with the balls, keep them refrigerated for at least 30mins

  • After 30mins, time to decorate them, use the chocolate syrup that you had and dip the oreo balls fully
  • Add toppings if you like, examples; Peanut crunch, corn flakes or colourful bits
  • After which, refrigerated your products again for 1 hour to let the chocolate harden

  • Ta - Da!!! Final products ready to serve!!
