Not available at most of the toilet, need to search for it.
This is located at tower 4 lvl 2, beside Toy 'r' us shop
Somewhat clean, no odour, but look dirty.
I even spotted flies!!!
Very basic amenities
There is Cushion for the baby to lie on
Door can be locked for privacy/ can share with other mummies too
Curtain available for use
No Liquid Soap nor liquid hand steriliser
No toilet paper dispenser

No Electric point
No water point, water dispenser not working!!!
No water connection at all, look dusty, seem like un-use for a long time
There are patches of dark stains, unable to capture clearly via phone camera
