Klebang Coconut Shake - Melaka

Klebang Original Coconut Shake

The rumoured best Coconut Shake in Malacca. It is the best drink to have under the heaty weather. Lots of people visit this stall just to have a taste of this wonderful drink. A foolproof landmark would be a Caltex petrol station in the direction from Melaka Town, the Klebang Original Coconut Milkshake is right before the station on your right on the other side of the road.

Lots of small snacks for you to choose from to go with the coconut shake. Mee Goreng, Bee Hoon and Nasi Lemak. There are also finger foods available to choose, mostly are malay delights.

Old School Nasi Lemak (RM1.20 per pack) - This is like what we used to eat when we are young in the 90s. Very simple rice with sambal chilis and some ikan bilis mixed in the chilis that will satisfy you while you are having your coconut shake

Pure white coconut shake, the drink was like milkshake, milk and ice crushed together to form the shake. Meanwhile vanilla ice cream is added on top of the drink to make it more sweet. The drink itself is already sweet due to the added milk. It was a refreshing, sweet and creamy taste. Bits of coconut flesh can be found in the shake itself . The flavours are well blended together and the coconut freshness is more pronounced.

Coconut Shake (RM 2) - This special drink comes with a scoop of ice cream. Normal shake without ice cream is RM1.50. The ice cream is vanilla, i will strongly suggest all to try with the ice cream version.

Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant - Melaka (Malaysia)

Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant

This had been quite awhile, i didnt manage to have time to post this. Visited on November 2013 when i was in Malacca, Malaysia.

3 floor high, all belong to the restaurant

Either u can choose to sit on the chair or on the floor

Pumpkin Soup and green tea provided after you had settled down

Air vacuum to suck up all the oil and grease

Alot of side dishes.....

Pork, pork ribs and beef tongues

The staff will be helping you to BBQ, no need to dirty your hands... hahaha

Ginseng Chicken soup - Not bad, but last of ginseng taste, overall normal taste

Kimchi rice cake - Spicy yet tasty, it is recommended for 2 pax as the portion is very big

Kimchi fried pancake - Yummy, crispy and spicy. It is not very oily too. Highly recommended.

Verdict: 3 / 5

Price: RM 120+

Food taste ok, nothing surprise me. Maybe just for the fried kimchi pancake which taste better. Too many houseflies in the restaurant although the place is ari-conditional, it is irritating and not hygienic.

Overall i will not be visiting this place again unless there are really nothing to eat.
