One of the 2 soup restaurant outlets that offer lunch/dinner buffer. This is an ala cart buffet which you have to order your food and the staffs will serve you. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the feast.
Each table of 2-5 pax can order one of the specialty dish. These are the signature dishes from soup restaurant. Choices are Samsui Ginger Chicken, Half steam half fried promfret, Tofu prawns and begger bowl ribs. I have not tried the other 3 dishes except Samsui Ginger Chicken as this is really the best dish out here.
The buffet come with a mini steamboat, Pork ribs and Tripe soup. Pork based broth is mildly peppery with lots of ingredients (corns, pork ribs, tripe, button mushrooms and some wolfberries) and it comes in a pot.
Beside the pot of soup, sides ingredients such as golden mushrooms and vegetables are also served together

Verdict 4/5
Drinks and wet towels are charged. However, they have refillable drink such as chinese tea and chrysanthemum tea. Overall, the food taste good even though it is a buffet. With such price and good food, its sure a miss if you do not try it.
